I often post pictures of meals. Anytime I cook, I mostly follow Paleo guidelines, because it just works... and the receipes always turn out amazing!!!!

Today I made my first ever chicken salad!!

1 avacado
Juice from one lime
A smidge of cilantro
2-3 gloves of garlic, fresh pressed
2-3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/2 of a chopped onion
2-3 Roma tomatoes chopped
6-8 pieces of crunchy bacon, broken up

Mix all together and serve on Romaine lettuce (or anything of your choice) - Top with tomatoes & Bacon




So, yes, there are apples on this, but only because I love apples and wanted to see what they taste like chopped on the chicken! They were delish... of course!

I was super pleased and very excited that Regan even said that they were amazing!! Something so easy to be fabulous!
