I finished my 30 days
I finished my 30 days of clean eating! Sadly, it wasn't completely perfect. I have had to travel a lot for work and have had some off weekly schedules. But I still saw some benefits
I cooked most of our meals, and prepared them on the weekend for the week ahead. I came across this blog: Holly Would If She Could. On this blog she posted 30 days worth of crock pot paleo meals. They were very yummy and I was able to prepare them on the weekend (all ingredients in zip lock bags), so all we had to do in the morning every day was throw them in the crock pot.
One big thing I noticed, is I didn't have any belly issues. Clean eating & removing gluten from my diet helped so much!
Regan & I are going to continue on a strict Paleo lifestyle, with one or two cheat meals on the weekend.
It is sad though how confused people are about certain things with food. How many people rely on medicine to cure their aliments. How many people don't look to whole, real, unprocessed foods & removing those that aren't from their diet. In the picture below, only one bar is legit paleo friendly. Every other bar is either processed with "unknown"ingredients, dairy products, soy products, etc.
