What are you reading???

My favorite collection
I haven't ever really been a big reader. I think mostly because I have always been so busy and I never taken the time to read. However, lately, I have been really interested in learning more about health and food, so I have started reading more often. My favorite book of all time is It Starts With Food. This is such a great book to go along with Whole30 and teaches you about good food & bad food. It literally is a game changer... I recommend it for EVERYONE!


My newest book I just got Wheat Belly. I can't wait to start reading it!

 Regan has No Easy Day he is reading and says is a great book.  Regan is like me though and doesn't read much.   Born to Run is also a great book ..... it will make you want to go out and RUN!!

I am loving Power Speed & Endurance!! It has so much great information for me as a CrossFit trainer and also as someone who has an active lifestyle.

  1. I really want to read Born to Run! It sounds interesting! I love to read, but I'm more into science fiction and stuff like that, which should surprise exactly no one. =)
