A marathon of dedications...

In my recent yoga practices at Zanti, Julie said at the beginning to dedicate your practice to something.  Devotion not only reminds us of our own potential, but also of our humility. And, when we are humble, we are less overtaken by ego & challenges and can achieve anything.

I am going to finish my first marathon this Saturday by going mile by mile. So I am dedicating each mile to keep pushing me through the finish line.
