It's sore, but great to be back!

With our marathon training, work, and just life going on - I haven't given my best and pushed too hard in my CrossFit workouts;  but I am on my way to being back at it!! These past few weeks I have been getting in WOD's and working on technique. I have gotten beaten up by the jump rope again working on my double unders and sore all over. But I love it and am reminded that CrossFit is a part of me and who I am! I am defined by CrossFit. I have become a part of a community that pushes me to my limits and encourages me to become better & faster. CrossFit is hard, difficult, and takes some serious integrity and commitment.  But it is a commitment that I determined to uphold.

Surround yourself with greatness and you will become great.
