Grips
To you this is just a grip; but to me it’s embracing being uncomfortable to make myself better.
I started CrossFit before grips were a “thing” so I’ve always just managed around my hands, not tearing and if I did tear - I let that stop or modified my workout. Grips are awkward to me.
I am working on being uncomfortable not holding me back ... So grips it is 😁 and for the first time I actually used them in training this week!
