Beyond excited, honored and humbled to accept the position of Affiliate Rep for the Carolinas

CrossFit & the community has been my heart for the last 12 years and has given so much to me. I can’t wait to get set up so that I can provide support and be that voice for all of us!

I love what I get to do day in and day out and the impact we can make. My best friends are our members & other local affiliate owners. I lead with my heart and always with a smile. The people are my 'why.'
