WomXn Equality Day!

 I totally missed posting this on Woman’s Equality Day!!!

In the championship round of @upstatefitnessleague - This yoke weight was tested for guys and every other team had guys run the yoke... Except our team... I carried the damn yoke! All 375# of it.... I wasn’t the fastest; but I did it ... 2 1/2 times my body weight 😍

Super proud of myself for not backing down and believing that I could do it... regardless of what was said or thought!

So thankful for my team for being the only team in the championship round that had any women (2) join the final WOD. Our guys get that we ladies can take up space and we do belong! We are strong and fierce!
