Results: 85-85-90 -- 90# New PR for 5rep Bench Press!!

50 Thrusters 55#
Each time the bar is dropped, 5 burpee penalty
For Time:
Used 55# 5:29 // dropped bar 3 times! I HATE THRUSTERS!! They are always heavy!! Even with dang PVC Pipe!

3 – 30 second plank holds
1 minute rest between each
These were good - starting feeling the GHD's we did on Monday!! Ouch!!

Five rounds for time of:
155/105 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155/105 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155/105 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
Rx @ 105# 15:03  - This was rough!! My first time doing this Rx!  I did it about a year ago at 85# over 16mins!

Then Regan talked me into doing 30 Wallballs Unbroken - I did and only did one round!

50 Kettlebell Swings @ 53# time - 3:54
