This took some getting used too!! Crazy, but I think I finally got it and could tell it felt good!

3x2 Power Clean

2x1 Power Clean - Try to go for a PR!
125 - 135 (current PR) - 140 (fail!) :(
NO PR, but the 135# felt good. Good form and all, unlike last time, I think I leaned back to try and catch it on my chest.

YAY!!! Got a new PR! Before today, my 1 rep was 163#, and 3 rep was maybe 145#!! Today, I did 163# x 3 and my new 1 rep max is 175#!!! Which I actually did twice!!! and almost 3x!

Got in 6 rounds + 1 WB

Bench Press 5x5
65-65-65-75-85 (failed last rep of 85#)

50 Walking Lunges 45# held overhead. For each drop of bar, 5 burpees - For Time
Time - 4:07 // Droped bar 5 times
