Week 5 - Days 1 & 2
Day 1 -
Build to 1RM Thruster in 10 mins
85-105-115 (new PR!!!!) - attempted 125 3 times, but failed each time. I have video of this. Regan said I had it and it felt easy.. I just didnt get it! Ugh!!

20 Deadlifts 145/100
20 Pushups
10 Deadlifts 145/100
10 Pullups
For Time: 38:19 RX - I should have been a lot faster, my pushups slowed me down and then the pullups were brutal to my hands!
I did the Greer WOD before my heavy Deadlifts... My hands were shot and it made my heavy DL harder- So I didnt go for a PR, felt I couldnt hold onto the bar!
5x3 Deadlift (all touch & go, no drop)
125-185-205-215-225 - 225 is currently my max PR for 3 & 5 rep max
Day 2 -
3 x AMRAP inverted ring rows (rest 90 seconds)
Ok, So I had no idea what this was and had to ask... and then I still had to watch videos of it on You Tube! Ha! It looks easy... but oh my - this was rough. I am really disappointed with my results - I really did try my hardest to get up one more rep...
4-5-4
4x (1x SP, 2x PP, 3x PJ) ... Go heavy as possible
65-70-75-80 (ok, so I failed the Shoulder Press on 80# - but continued out the reps... I tried to do 80# again and the same thing happened). I guess it is all mental for me right now. My 1RM shoulder press is 75 - which i can do x3 and x5 - which is crazy!!! I am praying for a PR!! :)

this was great!! I was dead afterwards! OMG!! I did my HSPU on the 24inch box, but Regan said I was vertical and did very good!! All of my KBS were unbroken and easy ;) ,...Phew!! What a WOD!
