Fight Gone ...... Bad!!!

Every year, CrossFit Spartanburg host a workout fundraiser and the WOD is FGB!!

FGB is one of CrossFit's benchmark workouts that consist of 3 rounds - 1 minute at each station of Wallballs, Box jumps, Push Press, Sumo Deadlift Highpulls and Rowing.  You keep the total number of reps and add up for your total score. 

For some reason, I dread this WOD everytime, but I did it anyway!  I was lucky to have Regan, Kellie and Markus all there cheering me on!  My score this year was the same score as it was the past 2 years there! It still wasn't the score I wanted, but hey!! At least I am consistant... Ha! ............... I guess there is always next year! :)
