CrossFit Olympic Certification

Marked another item off my bucket list!!!!! This past weekend, Regan & I attended the CrossFit Olympic Certification! It was 2 days packed full of Snatches & Clean & Jerks!!  Our instructors were awesome!
We had a blast! I got 2 new PR's on my Snatch and then I got a PR on my Clean!! Technique is everything!

Of course, while we were in Atlanta, we stopped at Lululemon Howell Mill! Another great store with great peeps!!  They recommended us go to La Fonda Katina for supper...... which was so good! And they had this amazing drink -- It was Dues XX Icehouse or something like that..... A big dawg dues XX and frozen margartia floating in the top!

We had a great "date" weekend and learned a lot to bring back to CFGreer for not only our skills and improvements, but for everyone else we teach as well!
