Day 3
A. 10x 15sec handstand holds against wall (facing the wall)
*FOCUS- Active shoulders, abs and butt tight….breath..get comfortable!!
This was good, I did wall climbs to get up, but I couldn't get all the way up to the wall, so I did the best I could. By the time I got 15 rounds in, my shoulders & back were shot!
I didn't have time for the Power Cleans // But will get them in!

Total time= 16:24 - mile split was 9:33 - Dang!! It was like 90something degree and humid! I suck at running, but with the heat, it makes me feel better about sucking!!

So... the next few days, I will be taking off due to being out of town for Golden Boy & Ashly's wedding!!! Back at it Sunday or Monday... We will see!!
