Change Routines
During this time where our routines are different & our mindset is off... you can’t rely strictly on motivation to get you moving. It’s temporary. It ebbs & flows. This is why we can and should lean into grit & drive. Both qualities lie inside of you and we bring them to the surface by showing up for ourselves!And don’t forget... movement right now doesn’t have to be super formal or sexy. It’s likely going to look and feel different than your normal movement. That’s ok. Sometimes we need to move without expectation.
