Imagine the woman you want to be
Imagine the woman you want to be. Think of what her daily life, her habits, and routines would be. Start showing up to those habits and routines, start building them, step by step, and day by day. You don't become her life magically. You build her. Start building.
This, right here, was what I learned in 2020; And it has allowed me to joyfully start to build a life that is full of kept promises, consistent growth, and a daily schedule that feels as close to my ideal self as possible.
I recognize the new year is filled with directives. But I can tell you that this one changed my life. It gave me the space to improve, to build habits that actually supported my highest self, and gave me patience to allow things to come to fruition.
If you’d like an intention for 2021, borrow this one. Start small. Smaller than you think. Build consistency. Be kind to yourself. And build the life you want, brick by tiny brick. It doesn’t have to all happen on January 1st. Give yourself time. Give yourself space to breathe. And show up for yourself. That’s step 1. Show up for you. 🤍
