Bye bye Corporate Banking!!
✨Pivot : Gods plans are always bigger than ours. We sometimes go through seasons to prepare us for the next season. The last 3 years have been a whirlwind of changes for me & Regan. Both steps of faith and being bold. In the last few months we both heard “pivot” change and go another direction.
So here we are.... Today was my last day in corporate America ... or rather so, my retirement 🥳
Over the last 20 years..... I’ve “......” a lot of things (all the above). I’ve also grown, I’ve cried, I’ve worked tirelessly, I’ve traveled the US, I’ve led teams to victory and Made change happen.
I’ve led my team with empathy, hard love & and always some dad jokes! I can walk away saying I’ve empowered them, believed in them, and challenged them often to always be grateful and to find “their why”.
I’ve been lucky enough to have leaders who have given me a chance, believed in me and let me be VERY VOCAL when I needed to be. They have taught me so much and I hope that I returned the same favor to the teams that I have managed over the years.
I’m forever grateful for the friendships and relationships I’ve made over my journey.
While I achieved a level of success that I never thought possible, I’ve known for quite some time that my gifts were too big to be confined and limited by the constraints of my corporate career. During the past 20 years, I learned so much about myself and what I was truly capable of achieving. Armed with that knowledge, I am confident that my talent and gifts can help me build businesses and a brand that will further enable me to fulfill my passions in a much bigger way.
