Upstate Affiliate League

In June all of the upstate local CrossFit boxes got together for the Upstate Affiliate League competition. You could have up to 8 people on a team from each box. It was a great time.  I can get competitive, however, I don't do well under pressure... So most of the time, I prefer to cheer on from the sidelines.
