Whole30: The start of day 3

Sunday night we prepared a few lunches & dinners for the week.  Knowing from experience in anything, if you fail to prepare, you fail...  So we prepared

 Day 1 was great!!  We had a good breakfast & lunch. For supper we had Salmon, a small salad, some grapes, and small sweet potatoes.  All Whole30 approved


Day 2 for me started out great.... then I was faced with temptation several times throughout my long work day. But I did good & passed and didnt give in. After work, I had a RFL meeting and I didn't get home until around 8:15pm. Good thing I prepared on Sunday, because I knew we already prepared and cooked a Butternut Squash Lasagna . I added a few additional Whole30 approved items to the sauce! It was sooooo yummy!!

I found this on the website and think it is very helpful.... I am sure I will need to keep referring to it when I go through some of these phases
